sneak peek for the Mendes Family

I just had such a great newborn session. It wasn’t an easy session (poor mom), but all our time and patience was so worth it. Here are just a few photos for the family whom I know are anxiously waiting for a sneak peek.

Oh my gosh, his hair was just “wow”. A blonde gray and perfect mohawk style. It was beautiful.

And this one is especially for dad… I found this one especially endearing, but there are so many other great interaction shots between these two ~

And I know I’m leaving out mom right now, but trust me, there are some sweet beautiful shots with mom… I’m just out of time. Gotta pick up my Emma and get my little dude ready!

another great 6 month old & his family

I have said this is my favorite age to photograph, right? This little guy was just adorable.

But I didn’t need to actually tell you that, right?

And it doesn’t seem that long ago that we were photographing his big brother at the same age… Aren’t these two such cute little guys?

Go Dad!

They have this great lemon tree in the backyard that I think maybe I love more than they do… I think I like the color.

And some fun time with chalk… Good thing we saved this till last, huh? I knew I’d love the chalked up pants for the photo though.

Thank you Carr Family! Had a great time once again. I LOVE watching your little guys grow through my lens. They are too cute and I loved the matching hair-dos! Thanks also for introducing me to your friends from the last post… They were so sweet to work with and their little girl is adorable.

sneak peek for the Yoshimura family

I have been so lucky lately… I’ve recently had three six-month olds and they are my absolute favorites to photograph. Don’t get me wrong because I love the other ages too, but there is something about a six month old… They sit nicely, and don’t CRAWL away, they give you lots of smiles and are just so darn cute! It is truly a special age. One of my favorites with my own kids.

This pretty little thing was a joy to work with ~

And I was told that she was going through her stranger anxiety phase when I got there, but for the most part you wouldn’t have known that. I got lots of smiles, like the one above, right away.

Her room was so very cute and even provided a pretty backdrop as seen here ~

The gray, pink and white is quite lovely on her, don’t you think?

I hope mom & dad will love this shot as much as I do. I don’t think it’s that often their cute little doggy gets to lick fingers and toes as much as she did while I was there, but it was great fun to watch!

To the family, I had such a great time meeting all of you! Thank you for sharing your daughter with me for a couple hours, letting me soak in all that sweet little baby love that I’m already starting to miss! Hope you enjoy your sneak peek and have a great week!
