I wish I could hang this above my desk, but seeing as he isn’t my child that might seem kinda weird since my desk is in our living room. But I would if I could. Is he not amazingly beautiful?

I wanted to go back and share a few more favorite photos from this sweet six month old session…

You have already seen this face up at the top of the blog, but here’s more of the frame… I believe my favorite from the whole session ~ Everytime I see this image I think, “Cute? Who me?”

They now have this on their wall as a 20×24 gallery wrapped canvas…

I took a few shots of their coffee table book before it left me so I’ll try to post a few of those today as well.

(I wrote my title and then it seemed especially silly to me that we’re already in May and I’m barely sharing a January session… Oh well, better late than never I guess…)
Actually a mid-December baby, this beautiful baby girl was my one January newborn and she was precious.

And absolutely adored by her parents and big brother ~

Her mom is going to have SO MUCH fun having a girl ~

Just a great family to work with and I was so happy they found me. I can’t wait for her 6 month session which actually should be coming up next month! Wow, that went by fast. Probably a little too fast for mom and dad.

Can you imagine how happy this one shot is going to make his mama? Yes, you probably can imagine. Just melts my heart…

I know we were all a bit worried that we didn’t get any smiley photos out of this serious little guy, but I think mom and dad will be pleasantly surprised with how many we did get (though maybe not all smiles were as big as this one). Serious or smiley, this guy is too cute!

2009 calendar updated through summer

Just a quick note to let you know I finally updated my calendar to reflect availability through September 2009. My husband and I are still trying to figure out a small vacation period for us, and we’ll work it out soon. But I’ve had quite a few requests for summer availability and I figured I better get on it! I look forward to hearing from you!

I anticipate another busy fall and holiday season… I’m not there yet guys, but I’ll work out my availability by the end of July. I’m not ready to think about Christmas yet. Can you blame me? I tried holiday mini sessions last year and I thought they worked out very well. Anyone interested this year? Any requests for locations? Just curious.

On another note, I’m not sure if my comment feature is not working or if you guys are just really quiet out there… Yep, I’m asking for someone to please leave me a comment so I can check that out. Thanks!

one year old cutie

I have a couple more January sessions to share before moving on to February… Are you keeping up? Good!

I love love love this next session, but maybe that’s because I also love love love this family. It just makes me so happy looking at this little doll. You may remember her when I first photographed her at 3 months old. And there have been a few other times as seen here, here and here. Granted, the last three sessions weren’t necessarily just for her, but she was there and I got to see her grow through the year which is always fun for me.

Oh yes, her parents went all out with the fancy car, huh? Just adorable.

The chair is a family heirloom and the balloons are just awesome, huh?

Their bedroom has the coolest collage of black/white engagement photos above their bed. I LOVE it! And I equally LOVE this photo ~
